- Kindly note that if you want the transcript for PR Visa purpose and you want your transcript to be shipped at WES Canada/ICAS Canada/iQAS Canada or any other ECA authority, you need to collect the transcript from MSBTE and ship the same transcript to WES Canada or other ECA bodies.
