What is the ” Transcript “?

The Transcript is a document provided by your University /Institution/ College  in  a sealed & signed envelope where you have completed your studies. You will need to present that as a part of the application process at your future host university, for higher studies, Permanent Residency Visa, Job in abroad, Green Card Visa & other Immigration related Visas. 

 Which Information does a Transcript Contains?

Transcript contains all the Subject wise marks obtained by the student during his/her course from the University they have studied in. Transcript is duly signed and sealed by the University authorities i.e Registrar, Controller of Examination etc. Every University/ College /Institution has  different pattern of preparing transcripts. 

Do We Ship to WES/ICAS/IQAS/CES etc? 

Yes, Online Transcript is shipping the transcripts to WES/ICAS/IQAS/CES and other Evaluation bodies as per their requirements. For Higher Studies in abroad we arrange transcripts to be sent directly by the Indian Universities to the Universities in Abroad.   

My University/College not available on the Website?

Write us an email at info@onlinetranscripts.org mentioning your University name, course passed, passing year and other relevant information and Online Transcript will contact your Institute /University on urgent basis and help you in getting transcripts.  

What is the Delivery Time required for getting a Transcript?

Delivery time/period depends on the processing time by college or university. The processing also includes the application evaluation time and processing duration at colleges or university. Normally, it takes one week to four weeks to get from university. Variation for expected date depends on the process duration from the source institute or University.

 

Can I Change address of delivery for my transcript?

No, Once the transcript has been applied in the University/College /Institution address of delivery cannot be changed.  Students are responsible for following the instructions of their recipient as well as sending the acceptable transcript type (paper).
