In 1926, Andhra University was established by the Madras Act. The 94-year-old institute is lucky that Sir CR Reddy founded the Vice-Chancellorship because the superintendent’s actions have shown to be long-lasting.
One of his vice-chancellors, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the former president of India, came after Dr. and politics. An Honors course in Physics and Chemistry was held at the College of Science and Technology a year later. The university was at the forefront of the nation’s introduction of numerous innovative science, arts, management, and engineering courses.
