Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) was founded in New Delhi in 1985. IGNOU New Delhi is a co-educational government-owned university. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has recognized IGNOU New Delhi. NAAC accredited the university, and it obtained a ‘A++’ grade. IGNOU New Delhi courses are available at four different levels. These are the diploma, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. IGNOU courses are provided in both distance and online learning formats. Candidates must meet the IGNOU eligibility requirements. Admission to IGNOU is based on merit in the qualifying test as well as grades gained in entrance exams.
Fee and Facilities:
The IGNOU fees are determined on the course chosen by the candidate. On campus, IGNOU Delhi provides several facilities for its students, staff, and teachers. A library, auditorium, medical aid, and other amenities are also available at IGNOU. On campus, the university has a dedicated placement unit that manages all placement activities. IGNOU’s placement cell in New Delhi organizes placement drives and invites top recruiters to participate. University students are eligible to receive scholarships. The UGC and the central government both give IGNOU scholarships.
IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) Transcripts
The prerequisites are as follows:
- Students must include the same number of legible photocopies of both sides of the statement of Mark/Grade Card/Provisional Certificate and Degree Certificate issued to them as the number of transcripts.
- Each photocopy of the certificate costs Rs.300/-. Incomplete applications will not be accepted by IGNOU and will remain pending in the IGNOU office, therefore please be cautious when sending your application.
- IGNOU transcripts can be obtained without visiting the university within 20 to 25 days.
